     6:45pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:30pm

   • written feedback via email to our email address info@aca.edu.sg

   • Student Feedback Form which can be downloaded from our website
     www.aca.edu.sg or obtained from the Office.

We will investigate and act to resolve areas of concerns. Our interim response is within 24 hours. Depending on the complexity of the case, our response time is within 14 working days. If the School is unable to solve the complaint amicably, students are able to refer to CPE mediation channel. More information can be found on the CPE official website, www.cpe.gov.sg
